Service Description

Your appointment will include a review appointment to ensure any treated ear infection is improving and/or to remove any remaining ear wax that we were unable to clear at your initial appointment. If your ear infection needs further medical intervention or you are unwell, you will likely be directed by the ear clinic to see your GP for medical intervention treatment. Your fee will be adjusted accordingly by the ear clinic for any medical treatment in this instance. We do not treat children under 18 in the ear clinic for ear infections. You should take your child to their GP if they are unwell or have ear pain. Your local pharmacist can prescribe antibiotics for ear infection, for children and young people under the age of 18.
