Your appointment will include ear examination with high-definition video otoscopy (a camera which will allows the clinician to see inside your ear canals during the procedure). Ear wax will be gently removed with a fine suction technique called micro suction. This is recognised as best practice for removing troublesome ear wax. The procedure is safe and pain-free.
